Worked-OUT.

I went to Cross-fit.

I worked out.

I died.

P.S. I didn't really die. But I waaaaaaaaaaaaanted to. And still think it's a very real possibility.

    Again, I give you credit! Banded pull ups right outta the gate! That's awesome...plus you can curl up on our cozy couch tomorrow night. It will cure all that ails you.
